Over 16 years ago, owner Shawn Martinez started the Guymon branch from Enid, Oklahoma. In 2012, Shawn bought the branch out and has since grown the territory in the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles and Southwest Kansas to thousands of customers. What began with one employee has now grown to six employees who care for customers across three states with friendly service and industry expertise. We are a growing water treatment company and plumbing shop ready to serve your water needs, specializing in water treatment, water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, water filters, residential and commercial plumbing, & water softener salt.

I don’t leave many reviews but these guys were fantastic, I had to get the word out. Professional and personable, they answered all my questions and made sure everything was working as expected before they left. If you are wanting a water softener in Amarillo, Guymon, or the surrounding area, look no further. You won’t be disappointed.
I just wanted to report what a pleasant service call from your company on Monday 12/31. Jason and Will were both polite, professional and friendly. They both shook my hand and introduced themselves when they came in. They took off their boots!! The toilet leaking issues were fixed in no time at all. They came in with all they needed and paper towels to make sure any water was cleaned up. They did not lollygag or even have to go back to their truck once during the service call!! My two little dogs were barking (they think they are Dobermans…) and when the guys were done, Jason talked to them, petted them and showed me a photo of his dog before they left. Love Advanced Water Solutions! Anytime there's a water/plumbing issue I give them a call. The receptionists are lovely and always provide top notch customer service. The guys (Jason & Will, or Hugo) always come as soon as they can --- which is usually pretty speedy. They are nothing but professional and reliable in a time where that's hard to find. And... my sisters dog loves them, which is a great sign in itself. Shawn is always a phone call away and will always answer any of my many water questions.
