Took my mom's car into Jacob. My littles made a crunchy mess in her car. He made it looking better than the day she bought it. It smells nice and is so shiny it sparkles. The leather looks and feels so nice. No evidence of our crunchy mess being there. Jacob got back to me right away when making the appointment and was great to communicate with. I emailed late at night. I got a very fast response. They were at my home first thing the following morning exactly on time. My car smells absolutely wonderful and has never looked this good!!
