I have nothing but immense praise for this company. From the owner, James being patient with my frustration from a very negative experience with Terminex, to my lack of sleep over the issue to a detailed explanation of the process I have nothing but praise. The service provider, Ben, was very professional, courteous and has excellent attention to detail. I have waited for three days to verify that it really seems to work. The three prong approach was fantastic! I only had to leave for about eight hours to get the house super heated and sprayed. Best value in town, you can't beat the level of service for the price. They focus on prevention instead of treating later with chemicals. It feels way safer than someone coming and just spraying after the fact.

I can not tell just how much I recommend these guys Jason was up front and willing to help instantly . I could nit of asked for faster service scheduled at 4 pm came next morning... then his Tech Ben ... let me tell you he was professional informative wasn't trying to sell services not needed wasn't trying to convince hes the best in this field he gave me facts and explained everything to me after having a company come out and tell me oh your infested which I knew i wasnt he came in and said honestly no your not but I do recommend this to prevent and kill if there was something I missed which is completely fair.
