Tillman County Farm Bureau’s insured caused an accident, and when I contacted them to start a claim, they stated they would not start a claim for me and would only allow their insured to start it. When I asked for the claims department so I could initiate the claim, the individual on the phone stated the claims department would not allow me to start one, I would need to reach out to “her”. When I asked who “her” was, they stated the name of the individual they insure, which I had not mentioned on the call.
