This gentleman took my call last night. I am in the hospital in a different state and my elderly father needed help with his microwave. Not only did he show up on time, he went WAAAAAAAAY above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot tell you enough how much this man helped us today. As a family it’s been very hard lately and this man made it just a bit easier. Very professional and very good. Thank you so much
