Title: Professional Field Service Technician: Dylon
If you are a customer of Pied Piper hopefully you are lucky enough to experience the same level of Professional service Dylon offers. Today, June 19th, 2024, Dylon was scheduled to treat our yard. As usual, he text yesterday to remind me. I was not available yesterday and did not respond to inform him it was a conflict with my scheduled mow day and the need to postpone or reschedule. Eric with Pied Piper Pest service did a wonderful job. Today was my first pest spray and I am already seeing dead bugs! Eric did a thorough spray inside and outside and put down glue traps. Thank you Eric for outstanding service!
