Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday last week, to be delivered to the school where she is a teacher today. Called at 2:45PM to find out the flowers were not delivered to the school. Call the floral department to be informed that they ran out of flowers due to Mother’s Day. Tina tried to fix the issue and delivered some flowers but no birthday balloon. There was no notification from the flower shop, the only reason there was any flowers delivered was due to me following up on the delivery. Tina is the only reason I am rating this a 2, she tried to fix the issue.

Were amazing!! Another Eufaula florist canceled a funeral standing wreath order day before the funeral, I called Nichols. They were super friendly and understanding. They made it a rush order to still get in time for the funeral for my husband's family. Wreath was BEAUTIFUL!! So appreciative!!

After forgetting my Grandmothers birthday and living out of state, I needed a florist to deliver some flowers for me. Nichols Floral did a beautiful job, my Grandmother and Grandfather raved about how pretty the flowers were. And they were delivered that day. Thank you for making my Grandmother's birthday a special one.
