Home warranty set me up with them. I was really worried after the reviews.
But when Nick with AMP showed up, and jumped right in, and replaced the Capacitor. He made sure it was ALL working properly. I am VERY satisfied with the service, and would use them again Warranty or not.
I do have to say, the more info you give prior to Technician coming, the better prepared they can be.
I also want to say the Ladies in office are Knowledgeable. And they called to follow up, to make sure things were fixed and running properly.
Exceptional service! I’ve had multiple companies come out for my hvac system and I’ve been told several different diagnostic tests results that never resolve the actual issue…In just one visit Amp mechanical explained exactly what was going on and were able to fix the problem in the same visit!!
