Women in the office are so kind and professional. Drs Bintz and Ellis are amazing! We needed in on Friday morning last minute (sort of an emergency)and were welcomed and promptly seen by BOTH doctors! Highly recommend this practice.
Our visits to Vision Source are always wonderful! From the front desk to the tech, doctor, and opticians, everyone is fantastic. I especially want to mention Mercedes, the optician, who was incredibly patient and helpful with my 5-year-old when he was choosing the perfect glasses. Plus, she went the extra mile to help me understand the best insurance options. I was completely satisfied with everything!
I’ve been Dr. Bintz’s patient for years and always feel that I receive the best quality of care from the entire practice. Whether I’m filling out paperwork at the front desk, going through the prelim tests, seeing Dr. Bintz himself, or choosing frames, I don’t feel like I’m just a number. The staff remembers me and it feels like they’re invested in my vision, but also genuinely care about me as an individual. I appreciate them.
