Drs. Bintz & Ellis: Optometrists

I’ve been Dr. Bintz’s patient for years and always feel that I receive the best quality of care from the entire practice. Whether I’m filling out paperwork at the front desk, going through the prelim tests, seeing Dr. Bintz himself, or choosing frames, I don’t feel like I’m just a number. The staff remembers me and it feels like they’re invested in my vision, but also genuinely care about me as an individual. I appreciate them.

I was traveling through elk city on my way to Pennsylvania. I rolled over on my glasses and popped out one of the lenses. I called and they told me to come over and they would see if they could fix it. I arrived and immediately was helped by Lori that quickly fixed my glasses and also made sure they correctly set on my face. She also changed my nose pads and gave me eye glass cleaner. The charge $0. She said everyone can use a break sometimes. Beautiful facility.

The staff was so pleasant to work with. Very polite and professional. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. My exam was started within minutes of arrival. All of my questions were welcomed and answered. Dr. Ellis was very helpful and patient. Lori was amazing. She noticed immediately how poorly my current glasses fit and adjusted them. They have never fit this comfortably. She spent over half an hour helping me pick out 2 new sets of frames. Her opinion of how they looked on me was genuine and highly appreciated. The passion she holds for her helping people radiated greatly. I highly recommend this office.
