Online and instore shows hours on Sunday to be open at 11 but the person didn't show up till after 12. Stylist didn't check to make sure my cut was even till I pointed it out. It was not the best cut since she didn't wet my hair at all.

All in all we like our hair but what was weird is my mom and I got the same thing but I didn't get the toner she did and I got 2 more foils than her, the strange thing is mine was $25 more than hers.
