I’ve always maintained that I will only buy Lincoln vehicles from now on, and my experience with Diffee reinforces that commitment! Their customer service is exceptional. They consistently go above and beyond to accommodate my needs, no matter how big or unusual my requests may be. They also make a genuine effort to keep my costs manageable. Every time I visit the service department, I’m greeted by friendly smiles all around. I cannot imagine going anywhere else!!
Loved the valet service and the quick turn around time. However, I did not hear from the service department via phone call or text regarding the issue I had, or what they did to my vehicle. The only way I knew was reading the invoice that I received when my vehicle was returned. Maybe that’s customary service?
