Mr. Halley was a answer to prayer for me. He was able to accomplish something in one week for me that I couldn't get done since 2009. I know that sounds impossible but I couldn't find a attorney in 13 yrs willing to help me. I needed a attorney to petition the judge for a Content Order. That would allow me to have my original birth certificate that was sealed, opened and 2 copies sent to me. I needed it to prove to the Choctaw Nation that it was only a paternity change that was made and I was not adopted. My mother is who I qualify through for my CDIB card.
