Absolutely amazing! My carpet looks and smells so clean. They removed stains and odors. We thought for sure the stains would come back very little did. I waited 2 weeks for my review, still looks and smells clean. No overpowering perfumes just to fade and smell like mildew in 3 days like the other famous company.I have very old carpet that had extreme stains from pets, coffee, tea, and dirt. Spot cleaning on my knees for years was just making it worse. Zerorez gave me the clean start I requested. I recommend this company above ALL others. Fast, thorough, friendly, honest. Nate and Sheldon are AMAZING!! I’m a single mother who can get nervous when men are coming to my home and when i tell you it felt like old friends came over. It was so comfortable! They took time to explain what they were doing and how things would work. They were so kind to my son and pup who were having a rough time not being able to be on the carpet.
