i hold my stress in my back mostly. when i went in to see Rachel today i explained a little of what kind of stress and daily activities i do. she put together a great package for me. Rachel is amazingly awesome! I e been using her for years and I just flew 1800 to see her again. Love her! She is worth every penny.
