The team at Triad are second to none in the area! We highly recommend Amanda and her team for everything, especially sick visits and primary care.
We’ve never had an issue with referrals because they get sent out pretty quickly and they even follow up to make sure we get taken care of! Glad we’ve found a great primary care team so close to home!
Amazing staff, CLEAN OFFICE & EXAM ROOMS! The doctors and medical staff are amazing. They listen and go above and beyond to make sure patients are comfortable and taken care of. Everything was explained perfectly and they didn't try to overuse medical jargon, and all my questions and concerns were answered. They say you can typically get in to see a doctor within 1 - 2 days, but I was able to see someone the same day. If they're particularly busy, you may have to wait a day or so, but that's still way better than the 8 - 9 MONTHS other doctors have. I called and was seen SAME DAY. The staff is great & extremely caring. They all went above & beyond to make sure I was okay, even gave me some ice packs for the road. The last doctor I tried to see said there was a 6 - 8 month wait list. Not Triad. I have officially found my primary care physician. Very big thank you.
