This is a relatively new business to my area. Besides doing aN EXCELLENT job with my shirts, pants & blazers they have a drive through service AS WELL!! Perhaps other cleaner businesses have drive-through, but how many of them walk OUT OF THEIR BUILDING with a smile & cheerful greeting to help? Additionally, there is a kiosk for after hours pick-up. THAT ALONE is a practical, novel & thoughtful idea. Drive-through, kiosk, and “EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE” WITH A SMILE and friendly, grateful attitude are but a few of the reasons I keep going back.

They stayed 20 minutes after closing so that I could pick up my suit because I was running late and needed it for an out of town event the next day. I’ve been using the western and 15th location for years and have always received good service but this was above and beyond.

Tide did a great job cleaning my mom’s dress for a wedding. I tried another cleaners right by my mom’s house and they were so expensive! The young gentleman that helped me was great!
