The two employees who helped me--one at drop off (a young kady)and one at pick up (a young man) were efficient, competent and so pleasant. Amazing. That makes me keep going back, although I don't have a lot of dry cleaning needs at my age.
This is a relatively new business to my area. Besides doing aN EXCELLENT job with my shirts, pants & blazers they have a drive through service AS WELL!! Perhaps other cleaner businesses have drive-through, but how many of them walk OUT OF THEIR BUILDING with a smile & cheerful greeting to help? Additionally, there is a kiosk for after hours pick-up. THAT ALONE is a practical, novel & thoughtful idea. Drive-through, kiosk, and “EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE” WITH A SMILE and friendly, grateful attitude are but a few of the reasons I keep going back.
