One customer noted that the team responded immediately and was on the job within the hour, and when the job turned out to be bigger than expected, they did not price gauge. Another customer shared that the company came out within an hour and a half of the call, inspected the roof, found no issues with the roof but rather an issue with the guttering, which they helped fix, and offered things to consider for future roofing needs, all with no pressure and no charge.

The company did a great job on a roof replacement, gutters, and windows. They worked with the insurance company and fought for everything the customer was owed, communicating well throughout. The owner came out with a team member to fight for repairs with the insurance adjuster, and the lead for all the repairs did great communicating and making sure it was done right. Customers have recommended the company to family, friends, and co-workers and will definitely be doing business with them again. The team is described as very professional and helpful while customers figured out financial stuff, and they got the roof fixed in time for a big storm.
