Matt is incredible, professional, and really knows technology. He will diagnose and provide the solution for all your computer needs. Call the shop first. Sometimes, he works off-site but leave a message. If he is out, he will get back to you.

Very helpful! Matt quickly determined my laptop's hard drive had failed, saving me the additional expense of further troubleshooting. No "beating around the bush," Matt was professional and courteous. It was refreshing to find a "computer whiz" who knows his stuff and doesn't make excuses to charge for fairly easy troubleshooting.
