I have a sick fish. They allowed a tech to talk to me on the phone about some possible at home remedies to help. Much more kind and helpful than I expected them to be. I do appreciate the time and info!

Absolutely incredible experience with Dr. Minson, the techs, and the receptionists!
Dr. Minson has got to be the best vet I have seen for my birds. Explains everything he is doing to ensure clients understand, is thorough with examinations, takes situations and environments into account to ensure best possible outcome, and is overall an enjoyable person to be around!
Unlike my experience with a different exotic vet who did nothing but weigh Bosco and send us home, Dr. Minson and the stoneridge team took time to examine Bosco, understand his situation, and even help me understand some aspects of bird anatomy!
Receptionists and techs were very polite and helpful!
