I am a dental hygienist and struggle with upper body and neck / shoulder / wrist pain from my job. It got so bad a year into my profession that my hands started turning blue and had lots of numbness / nerve pain. I was unable to squeeze a water bottle or brush my hair on bad days because of the pain in my wrist. I was considering surgery for carpal tunnel, and I decided to see Dr Spears as a last ditch effort. It has changed my life! I still have hard days but Dr Spears keeps me working and has saved my career! I come every week. He always helps if I have foot or ankle or shoulder pain too. I could not recommend him enough!
