The bad reviewers must have shown up on a bad day because I have nothing but praise for this shop (maybe I showed up on a really good day). I went for a pedicure to deal with an ingrown. When I called ahead for pricing and options, the rep provided all the detail I asked for in a clear and professional manner. When I got there and asked for a pedicure, she recognized that I was the person who had called. I mentioned that it was my first time and she covered the options/prices again without me asking but the key thing I noticed was that she didn't pressure me at all toward any particular option.
