Julie Caine is a great hairstylist! She spent the afternoon patiently rolling all of my hair up for my perm. My hair is really thick and it takes awhile to roll all of it up. My hair looks beautiful and amazing! My perms last a long time when she does them. She really knows what she is doing. And she has a fun personality that makes you enjoy going back to her.
