I have never used a dry cleaner before, and the guy that helped me was really patient and informative/knowledgeable on the process and my items needing cleaned. I really appreciated the amount of information and the time he took to explain things to me! Really great customer service will definitely will used again. Great communication, and friendly.

Had a problem with clothing for an event on Saturday night, and they evidently missed my stuff at the plant. We are from out of town, and I would have had to go buy new clothes. I have a young baby, and needless to say I was not optimistic about it. Talked to Bessie, and she somehow got my clothes from the plant on Saturday even though they were closed and she wasn’t working. Bessie even drove all the way to our house and dropped them off in person. Don’t know about the business as a whole, but she’s awesome!

Super friendly staff and great service. Get my clothes back on time and Scott Cleaners and Bessie always keeps me and my family looking good! I love that they have a drive-thru and we don't have to go into the store to pickup our garments.
