He is my brother's physician my brother is happy with him I've never seen him in person but the ladies in the office is on point and when they say they will call you back they actually call you back or if you leave a message they will return your call only if you leave a number.

I recently visited Dr. Shadids Medical Practice, and my experience exceeded expectations. The staff was welcoming and efficient, creating a positive atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Dr. Shadid demonstrated a high level of expertise, taking the time to thoroughly address my concerns and explain the diagnosis and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I have seen Dr. Shadid, Laney Combs APRN, and Kimberly Roberts APRN for little over a year now and I am amazed at the care that I have received!! They are efficient, thorough and caring when being seen by them. They go above and beyond most doctors! They are quick to respond, respectful of your concerns and make you feel comfortable regarding your medical care. I also want to say thank you to the front desk girls, Kiya and Callie, from the moment I walk in, I am always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome.
