I reached out to Mr. McCown to help me get in touch with my son. He charged me $500 and told me he'd make a few phone calls and get back to me. After 3 weeks I reached out to him a second time for an update. He had no idea what my case was about or anything we'd discussed previously. After explaining to him what I needed a second time he said there wasn't anything he could do and offered to get me the name of a currier to make sure my letter found it's destination (which he never did). I reached out a 3rd time and he never even bothered to respond.
