Courteous, professional and - very importantly - respectful. I found all of the people I worked with to be operating exactly as I would hope they would. It was honestly about as good of an experience as you could want for a personal loan. It also seemed like it was a corporate culture thing, not a one-off of some particularly nice people, for what it's worth. If I need this kind of loan again, I would be happy to use this company.
I called OneMain and asked for a loan and received a call back from Stephanie and she informed me that they could not loan the full amount I requested but they could do a lesser amount. After I spoke with my fiancé' we decided to accept the offer and when I went in the next day I was greeted in a very friendly manner by all three employees and Stephanie proceeded with the paperwork and I walked out in no time with a check in hand.
