Unfortunately, I feel like Mr. Ivy may have taken advantage of or overcharged my elderly mother … $650 for a simple tax return, no itemization. Now that she’s passed, charged us $400 for less than an hour in office consultation where he told us it may cost $3K-$15K to do her 2022 trust refund. We went elsewhere … only cost $500. He was rude on a phone call with my sister, unhelpful and believes his time is more valuable than anyone else’s.
