Very happy with the quality of service here. A few weeks ago I wore a pair of white pants to an outdoor party shortly after it rained. By next morning, they were completely covered in mud and beer stains- I thought they were ruined, but took them to Legacy anyway to see what they could do. Just three days later I got them back and they looked brand new. I was extremely impressed.
Due to a leak, I lost access to my washer and dryer for a month. I had used Legacy for dry cleaning in the past and saw that they also have a wash and fold service. Let me tell you, JoAnn at the Broadway store was fantastic. I was embarrassed to bring in my dirty laundry for someone else to wash and fold. JoAnn was so friendly and helpful every time I came in. She made a point to remember my name and really turned the whole experience into a very positive situation. After a month, when I picked up my last load, JoAnn gave me a hug. Her customer service is top notch and we loved how our clothes were washed and folded. I cannot say enough good things!
The store on Broadway is amazing and has always been! The lady that helps me every time I drop and pick items up is super nice and friendly!!
She always explains what they can and may not be able to do for my items.
