Clisty (on Waterloo and Bryant) is THE BEST. She always greets me by name, has clothes ready very fast (Clisty knows my car and gets clothes when I am pulling in), and is exceptionally professional. Please give her a bonus, a raise, and a new car!

They are always friendly and quick. My children's JROTC uniforms always come back clean and in good condition. We've been using Lapels since 2020 and they've always done a great job.

Lapels Dry Cleaning is wonderful. Both times I have needed one day “emergency” service they have come through with flying colors. The staff is more than helpful and the shop is clean.
I live in a small town about 20 minutes from their closest location but will gladly make the drive.
