About Key Fit Club
Key Fit Club is a family-owned fitness facility in Edmond, Oklahoma, welcoming all fitness levels into the Key Fit Family. The gym offers a great assortment of equipment, including specialty bars, Ivanko dumbbells, and a highly praised hack squat machine. Members appreciate the presence of various platforms and specialized equipment like GHDs and reverse hypers. However, there are some concerns regarding the condition of the barbells and barbell clamps, with a need for replacements. Despite these issues, the club features additional amenities like a pool and hot tub, making it a favorite among many members who enjoy its community atmosphere.
Great assortment of specialty bars, Ivanko dumbbells, Rogue reverse hyper, and a glute ham raise. They also have the best hack squat machine ever made. The only real issues with the place are simple and cheap to fix; $3500 would cover it. 1. The gym has been in desperate need of new barbells for YEARS. Most of them are bent and the knurling has worn off over time. 2. There is one set of old, loose barbell clamps for the entire gym.
I love this place. Realistically, I think there'd be more positive reviews if members weren't so intent on keeping the gym bros out. They've got several platforms, a great GHD, a reverse hyper and every speciality bar a lifter could need.
Come here every day and the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They have a large variety of equipment that you won't find at a lot of other gyms with lots of room so you won't feel crowded If your new or have questions their trainers are very helpful You get what you pay for and it's totally worth it!!
