As experienced home sellers, we used Jimmy's $999 flat fee MLS service. There are many websites out there offering the service for less money but the listing agent they partner with may not be the most responsive in directing inquiries to the FSBO seller (we looked into this and even mock called a few). We were looking for someone reliable and responsive and Jimmy more than met our expectations. Professional, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive. We got an offer within 3 days of the listing. Highly recommended.
