Jimmy is incredibly generous to offer his knowledge and services at such a great price point. Just because you pay a bargain price, don’t expect you’ll only be getting a “bargain” agent. He was just as involved as other high priced/percentage agents we’ve used in the past. He was so helpful during the entire home-selling process, and even gave us some useful home-building tips for our new construction home, even though it was not part of our “deal.” Do yourself and your wallet a massive favor, and hire Jimmy when you’re ready to buy or sell your home.
