She was knowledgeable and could sense my preferences even when I couldn’t articulate them myself. Unfortunately, my schedule became quite unpredictable, and I couldn’t plan ahead for my next appointment. Despite this, I managed to find some time today and crossed my fingers for a quick haircut. To my delight, Rhonda was able to accommodate me, and she delivered a great haircut.“

Can’t recommend Urban Retreat and Rachel (though from what I’ve seen, there are many highly skilled stylists there!!) enough.“
