?Very customer-centric from check-in to follow-up text from the Manager.? Valerie was such a hospitable and informed professional. This is my 2nd time getting lashes and the 1st time with Deka. Loads of selling points for a successful first visit:
✔️I very much enjoyed Valerie's ability to talk through my 1st experience and what aesthetic I am trying to achieve. Valerie was able to make suggestions that were tailored to my natural features rather than pushing a cookie-cutter approach to placing the fans.

I am 75 years old and have been blessed with long beautiful lashes. I hate wearing mascara and have had my lashes tinted since I was 17 years old. I told Jay I wanted very black. She took her time and we had a pleasant banter back and forth. When she finished and handed me the mirror, I was thrilled. Without a doubt she did the best tint I have had in 55 years. I would recommend her to anyone.
