I use Computer Zone on all my computer needs. From time to time software updates require me to purchase a new laptop. They advise me on the equipment I need to carry out a smooth transition to the proper platforms. I take the new laptop to them and they transfer the applications from the old to the new. They continue to answer my questions and offer solutions on things when needed. They are always there when I need them.

I used them some time ago to have a new hard drive installed in my old Dell computer. It worked perfectly for several years and I was completely happy with the computer and the performance after the new drive was installed. It was a 2015 box and parts up till then. After receiving the notice from Microsoft that they would be moving to Windows 11 I returned to Computer Zone and they offered to check if the machine would be able to use the new windows system. As you can imagine it would not make that jump and I was offered a refurbished computer with new components, larger hard drive, faster processing and more ram. The price was very reasonable. Took my laptop in the morning. It would not power on. Problem was diagnosed and repaired. Got it back that afternoon. I ama very happy camper. Highly recommend Computer Zone. Fast service and fair price.
