China Doll Massage provides therapeutic massages for pain, soreness, and aching shoulders, neck, and back. The shop is very clean, quiet, and comfortable with private rooms. The Asian staff is polite, professional, and pleasant, listening to needs and employing proper techniques for relief. Walk-ins are welcome and major credit cards are accepted. While generally top-notch with no complaints from some, there have been isolated incidents of scheduling confusion during sessions.
Massage was odd changed therapist about 15 or 20 minutes in and the second therapist thought it was only 30 minutes. She did the hot towel and I asked why she did that she said other girl said only 30 minutes. I explained I paid for an hour she apologized and continued the massage.
I visited you today and I arrived at 1:50! the massage probably started about 1:55 by the time I was ready and the lady came in the room. At 2:20 p.m. I was told that it was done. I paid $60.00 for one hour massage and that was definitely not a full hour massage!!!!! I was charged at the beginning and I was asked if I was going to tip afterwards. I did tip because I didn’t want to express how unhappy I was with the timing because I enjoyed the massage. But I wanted to reach out and let you know that I didn’t get my full one hour massage that I paid for! it was over at least 20 or so min early.
