Dr. Charles called me and apologized. He said the front desk made a mistake and apologized for how they handled it. I was offered a refund for the difference.
Dr. Charles was great and very personal. However, the receptionists lied about how much the visit would be when I called to schedule my appointment. They said they do not take my UHC insurance, which is fine and I opted to self-pay. One of the receptionists said the fee would be $80. When I checked out it was bumped up to $105. I told the receptionist that I was told $80 over the phone and she said no our visits can range from $85 to $100 something. I’m not one to enter into confrontation...read full review
This is probably my second or third review, but I cannot recommend Dr. Charles vision center enough! Everyone at the front desk is so kind and Dr. Charles truly cares for his patients and knows what he is doing. I have been coming here for over 10 years and will not go anywhere else for an exam. I hope he never retires!
I have been a patient for over 20 years! That's an on and off situation. I changed jobs and insurance companies and was always forced to find a new optometrist. Luckily, I'm back with him again. He has a friendly staff and even though some of those have moved on I am always getting quantity care! I would highly recommend Dr Charles to anyone who is looking for an eye doctor. In my opinion one of the best in the business!
