Dr. Bianchi is amazing. we used to live close to Waterloo road and White Oaks was the closest vet. We have moved 30 mins away and still go there because they are so good and compassionate with the animals. Not just that our 3 year old has a stuffed animal bear that was "sick" and Dr. B fixed the bear up as well after a check up and shot. highly recommend----.

Great staff & employees who genuinely care about pets. Have taken my dogs & cats here since 2010. They take their time to get a good diagnosis of you dog or cat; tell you about treatment options. Most important to me, they treat your animals & pets as though they were their own. Trusted veterinary clinic with second-to-none service you'll find anywhere.

I highly recommend Dr. Mark Bianchi. He is so knowledgeable and amazing. I moved out of state for a bit and no one can do teeth like he does (even though I saw him only one time before, he is well equipped and beyond. He is conservative and effective with teeth on seniors and informative/ shows you exactly what's going on and why). In my 4 decades of being around equine vets, he gave the most thorough checkup that I've ever seen and pulled a coggins like it was nothing (which my horse despises typically...wasn't phased a bit). Dr. Bianchi has a genuine and calm demeanor. Luckily, I've not had to use him for anything dire. He has great information about any preventive care and seemed pleased with my personal care of my horse. I hear the other vets are also excellent. Just a fantastic Doc! Thank you so very much
