Angie's Barbershop is a friendly and clean gem in NE Edmond, located in the unit with the red door across from the Waterloo Baptist Church. Angie is professional and passionate, taking her time to ensure the best cut. Customers report great experiences with haircuts, as well as services like thinning, layering, and styling, noting she does a great job even with difficult hair. The shop offers affordable pricing and is easy to book, with a nice environment. The business welcomes both appointments and walk-ins. Summer hours from May to September are Tuesday-Friday 9-7 and Saturday 9-5. Winter hours from October to April are Tuesday-Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-1. It is closed Sunday and Monday, with later appointments available by calling or texting. Many customers state this is their go-to place and highly recommend Angie, trusting her with their hair.
I took my 3 very picky teen boys here over a year ago because we were in a pinch & it was close to our house (far NE Edmond). Angie is super sweet, professional, listened & took her time with each of them. ALL 3 boys left very happy with their cuts. Since then we will not go anywhere else. In fact when my boys stay with their dad in South Edmond they insist on driving up to have Angie cut their hair.
I brought my mom in and we had an amazing experience! Angie is great at what she does, you can tell this is her passion. She was friendly and did a great job cutting, thinning, layering, and styling my mom’s hair. Great prices, easy to book, and a nice environment. We will definitely be coming back!!!
Angie was so professional and personal at the same time. After sending a selfie of my hair and a picture of what I wanted, she replied right away to let me know that it would be an extra cost for long hair and a spiral perm. I asked her how much more. And for the price I paid for my Groupon and the extra cost, this came up to be more than half less than other perms I have looked into or have had. She had to use 2 sets of perm solution- more product=extra cost. I have found my new hair dresser!
