We had an issue with our heat pump last year and called two other well known HVAC companies in our area (Blackburn and Hunter Super Techs). Both companies attempted to diagnose our problem without success.
This year I called upon Shelburne Heating and Air. I couldn't be happier! Their techs finally identified the true issue and fixed it on the spot...a melted wire causing a ground issue. We have had our heating back ever since!
