Toshia was wonderful! She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for! She had another client come in early and was the obviously concerned with making sure she took care of her clients. She took the time to do test strands and set up realistic expectations. My hair took longer to process than expected and she didn't charge any extra for that significant amount of time. They were also very sweet and patient with my daughter.
