Tyler and the other gentleman that showed up at our house today. Wonderful job, they were very professional, and very polite. Polite. Would recommend them both for any plumbing or gas pipe needs.
This was our first experience with Blackburn and I must say it won't be the last. They were professional and let us know exactly who was coming, then he called to tell us when to expect him. Tyler Everette was very polite and professional. Got the job done efficiently and left his work area neat and tidy. We couldn't be more pleased with the work or the worker.
I had a leak from the bottom of my outside freeze proof hydrant. Caleb from Blackburn came out. He quoted an estimate to find the leak. Caleb had to use a jackhammer because the hydrant had been concreted in by the previous owner. Caleb found the leak and was able to cap the line for me. Caleb advised that it had gone smoother than he thought it would and it was actually a couple hundred dollars cheaper then he originally quoted. That showed that he was an honest person. I would use this company again.
