From the moment we walked in until we walked out, everything was so smooth. We made appts online earlier that morning and filled out paperwork ahead of time. There were no patients waiting. We had the whole place to ourselves which in healthcare is unheard of. The lady at the front desk actually liked her job and wasn't rude one bit. The nurse and the nurse practitioner were so friendly and made my daughters giggle during their assessments and care. Tests were run quickly and we were provided with discharge papers/prescriptions quickly. We arrived at 2:50pm appts were for 3pm and 3:30pm and we walked out at 3:40pm. Thank you for a speedy recovery!

The staff is awesome. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and for me went above and beyond in helping me. They also made me feel extremely comfortable with the care they provided me.

Clean place, friendly staff, usually not incredibly busy. The wait times are not great but I have never been to an urgent care that was fast. Better luck getting in here than other places in Duncan.
