Nice clean building and machines. Clearly labeled. Big fans to circulate air and keep cool. Could use better seating. It is a little odd with the machines set at angles but "when in Rome".

Arrived at 7:09 am. Open and a maintenence person was inside. clean, quiet. Had trouble with a machine not working, maintenence worker saw issue, apologized said he was only maintenence. second worker came in at 8. Was Informed. By that time, the machine had reset. Triple loader 6, eating money, not starting, btw. I did not know how much I put in. Machine was not marked out of order.

It’s fine if you get there early. Forget it otherwise. It gets incredibly crowded and rude people take up five or six machines at once leaving the rest of us to wait or use busted machines. I can’t count the number of times I’ve come in and several machines were out of order, leaking, eating change or not taking change at all. I’ve also gotten grease and bleach stains on my clothes before even when using the non work clothes machines. It’s always stuffy inside and there’s religious stuff on the tv half the time.
That being said it’s nice that the place takes change and that there’s a change machine and a dispenser for soap and dryer... read full review
