2 techs came out a week ago, serviced the A/C, but there was a leak in the line so by the weekend no cooling. Owner came out Saturday morning w/o charge. Monday morning 4 techs showed up, resolved the leak issue and now it's working better than before.
After being out of power in 90+ degree heat for 3 days, I got it back only to realize my AC wasn’t cooling. I called the next morning at 7:30, the tech was there by 8:15 and my ac was functioning great very soon thereafter. I was so happy with the service, and the tech went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. I highly recommend Cummins.
