Chantal answered immediately, she had this beautiful smile in her voice. I felt confident walking in. When I walked in, she greeted me with confidence and grace immediately my anxiety changed and went away.

I felt very comfortable she let me put my purse on the chair. Then I walked over. She put the apron around me for the shampoo. She explained everything to me. She got the water perfect for me. I’m very picky about how my water is when my hair is shampoo.

She talked to me and made me very comfortable while she was shampooing my hair. I felt like I knew her for years.
We then walked over I explained to her how I wanted my haircut she listened. We talked as we were best friends.

We talked about God, which made me very comfortable. I felt like I was at church. It was such a peaceful moment. I needed her in my life. It was such an honor. She did such an amazing job on my hair. I can’t explain how wonderful it was to walk into a place and feel so comfortable.

I absolutely love the haircut and Chantal I will be returning and I hope that this review sends Customer is there as well.
