My Yorkie got into some holiday candy on the Saturday before Christmas. I found Arrowhead Veterinary Clinic, called and was sitting in the waiting room within the hour. This group knows what they are doing and the clinic runs like a well oiled machine. The staff, everyone from the front desk to the Veterinarian was professional and personable. The cost was extremely reasonable.
My cat quickly got sick and needed emergency care. Arrowhead was the only place open on Saturday.
They let me bring him in immediately.
They were honest and upfront about his condition. They explained that they could spend time trying to help him but sadly he probably wouldn’t make it. I explained that cost wasn’t a factor as long as he would have a good quality of life. In other words, they could charge me for all kinds of services that ultimately wouldn’t save him. Amazing. My cat Bowie can be very difficult sometimes. Biting, screaming all the stuff. The tech that handled him and Dr.Ketcher were amazing with him. They treated him like he was a prince and i’m so thankful. Another thing is, they did not push costly tests that they did not think were necessary. I ended up leaving spending less than I thought I would. I really didn’t think we’d ever be able to find a vet who has the patience and care for him but we definitely have.
