Shirley Noel is currently the lead stylist of the elite style team at Ultimate Looks. She has been a licensed beauty consultant for over 15 years. Shirley has trained with some of the best stylist in the nation, such as Shiral Gaines, Patric Bradley, Freddie J J,to name a few. Shirley’s work has been in various hair care magazines. Shirley also has competed in numerous hair competitions throughout the country ,and is known for quietly taking first place. Shirley says, “I am not in the hair business, the hair business is in me, and I thank God for my God given abilities to sculpt, color and mold beautiful art work on people. I believe if you do what you love and learn all you can about it, then the rest will take care of itself.”

My experience was one that I will never forget for it was the best. I truly Thank God for my stylist and I’m so grateful to have found her. I don’t want anyone else doing my hair and it’s as simple as that. Thank you to the lady who shampooed my hair such a wonderful job.
