Giving a shout out to my massage therapist, Charissa, at C Health and Wellness in Del City. I have been going here regularly for over a year and a half. I first started because I was struggling with some sort of nerve pain in my tailbone down my legs. Which after a few sessions we worked that all out. I keep going here because dang she works miracles on those tension knots in my back and I usually don’t realize just how much I was holding in my body till she starts to work it out. Sometimes I sign up for an extra session knowing just how tore up I am, needing to let go of that stress that builds up. Hard to explain but it’s a centering experience. If you are in need of a massage, consider Charissa! She is a kind, caring person that works hard to help others. She has good energy and creates such a welcoming judgement free vibe. I had my first deep tissue massage here and it was wonderful. The room was calm, relaxing and welcome. My masseuse was patient, kinda and attentive. I will definitely be back.
