We’ve been using this family owned business for years! I can remember coming in to see Dr. Fielding with my mom when I was a little girl and now my kids and I see his daughter Jessica! The office staff are great! All smiles and full of information and they care.
I was exposed with herbicide chemicals from my neighbor Brian Behrens who was spraying for weeds on a day during a temperature inversion. The chemical drift enveloped 90% of my property and was causing burning sensations, tearing, having floaters and sharp pain in my right eye. With just large floaters in my left eye. I didn't want to wait 2 weeks for a VA appointment so I called Mia and she squeezed me in same day ! They ran tests on my eyes and I was relieved I didn't have a torn retina. I left with a prescription for eyedrop medicine and also ordered a new pair of glasses which I'll receive in a couple weeks. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !
I wish I could give them more stars!!! They are truly the nicest people I’ve encountered in awhile. I, unfortunately, had to bring my two infants and two year old to my appointment and they were so kind, compassionate, and amazing the entire time. Appointment was quick and no long wait time. Each and every one of the staff was so bright, kind, and just had such a great positive energy. Glad I came here!
